Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is handled when you play games made by Minibreak Games, including Meowtillery. The short version: your game progress stays on your device, we don't ask for your name or email to play, and the ads and purchases in our games are handled by Google.
Information stored on your device
Our games save your progress on your own device: things like your best distances and heights, fish snacks, unlocked skins, sound settings, and whether you've bought Remove Ads. This information is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.
Information we collect
We don't run our own servers for our games, and we don't collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply to you.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our free games show ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect information from your device, such as:
- device identifiers, including your device's Advertising ID;
- your IP address, which can indicate your general location (like your country or city);
- information about your device and the app, and how you interact with ads.
Where the law requires it, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent using Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the Privacy settings link on the game's title screen. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID, or turn off ad personalization, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
We limit ads in our games to ones rated for general and parental-guidance audiences. Rewarded ads, such as "Watch ad: double your fish snacks," are always optional. Learn more about how Google uses information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Purchases (Google Play)
In-app purchases, such as Remove Ads, are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details. Google Play tells the game only whether you own the purchase, so it can turn off ads and restore your purchase if you reinstall. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of personalized advertising. Because your game progress is stored only on your device, you control it directly. For advertising data, use the in-game Privacy settings (where shown) or your device's ad settings. For anything else, email us and we'll help.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if our games start handling information differently, for example if we add online leaderboards, and change the effective date above.
